At our resort, we extend a warm welcome to your cherished companions, treating them as esteemed guests through our exclusive pet program, Tides & Tails. With a range of tailored amenities including plush beds, designer bowls, and custom bandanas, we ensure their stay is as luxurious as yours. Rest assured, every detail is meticulously crafted to provide a sophisticated and comfortable experience for your beloved pets. Pet fees are included in the resort fee (USD 90).

For reservations of all guestrooms, your deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival. Within 72 hours you will be subject to room and tax charges equal to one night. For reservations of our suites, your deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your date of arrival. Within 7 days you will be subject to room and tax charges equal to the entire stay. All eligible reservations can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking with no penalty, except if booked within 72 hours of arrival.

Rates are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to availability and change. Additionally, rates are subject to a nightly 15% occupancy tax, a .37% California Tourism Assessment, and a $6.75 daily Local Tourism Assessment Fee, and a $2.00 daily District Improvement Fee. A resort fee of USD 90 plus 15% occupancy tax and .37% California Tourism Assessment is charged by Regent Santa Monica Beach. Rooms can be guaranteed using credit cards such as Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Diner’s Club, or Discover.

Maximum room occupancy varies depending on the room type, ranging from 2 to 6 guests.

For housekeeping gratuities, cash is preferred. Alternatively, guests can add a tip to their folio, including the name of the staff member they wish to tip.

Regent Santa Monica Beach maintains a smoke-free environment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of all guests. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including public areas, guestrooms, suites and patios. If this policy is violated, a fee will be applied according to the room category and/or damage to the space, with a minimum charge of $2,000.

Valet parking is available at $90 per night with unlimited in and out privileges.

For reasons of safety and privacy, the use of drones or any other remote-controlled aircraft is strictly forbidden at Regent Santa Monica Beach. If you wish to capture professional photography during your stay, please contact our management team in advance to obtain the necessary permissions.

A daily resort fee of USD 90 plus 15% occupancy tax and .37% California Tourism Assessment is charged and includes the following services and amenities:

• Daily resort credit of USD 50 for use on dining experiences or at the Guerlain Wellness Spa. (Please note: the credit does not apply to in-room dining and cannot be carried over to subsequent days.)

• Access to Bluejay electric bicycles
• Beach Butler service for two
• Access to resort programming, including group fitness classes
• Daily newspaper delivery
• Pet fees waived (USD 250 value)

A portion of the resort fee supports sustainable tourism initiatives such as beach clean-up programs, marine conservation efforts, and eco-friendly practices throughout the resort.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our signature restaurant, Orla, which offers indoor and ocean view dining, and Sweet July are both open to the public. Our pool bar, Azure, is exclusively reserved for guests of the resort.

While reservations at Orla are not required, they are highly recommended. We are delighted to accommodate walk-in guests whenever availability permits.

Rollaway beds are available and are offered for use only in King bed rooms.
