The 2026 Holiday Menu
Chef Michael Mina’s holiday menu draws on the flavors of his childhood and the waters just beyond the window. Receptions begin with butter-poached Maine lobster tartlets, a caviar bar and a raw bar of king crab and oysters. Dinner follows as a plated or buffet service and closes on California olive oil cake or passion fruit cheesecake with labneh and crisp phyllo.
Spirits of the Season
The Halcyon Days takes its name from a Greek story of fourteen calm winter days, when the sea went still so the halcyon could nest on the water. The evening opens with a Gilded Welcome of calvados and quince, then two winter cocktails and Hippocras, a spiced wine served chilled. Still Waters, a zero-proof pour of spiced pomegranate and date, is kept for those who prefer it.
